Pegasus Explorer Scouts
Pegasus Explorer Scout unit is the Explorer Scouting provision in Snodland, it is open for all 14-18 year olds. Explorer Scouts enjoy many activities that are not necessarily Scout based.
Residential experiences are normally enjoyed throughout the year whether it's winter or summer, either way they are always enjoyed by everyone.
In July 2009 Pegasus Explorer Unit attended an event called Gilwell 24, in which the idea is to stay up for the 24 hour duration of the event, many activities where run ranging from car driving to speed climbing to orienteering. Jack O'Donnell Explorer Scout said "Gilwell 24 was my highlight of the year with Pegasus Explorers and next year promises to be even better"
If car driving and climbing doesn't take your fancy then there many other events that Pegasus attends to, such as Intercamp, an event that occurs in May of every year and is held in different parts of Europe each year.
